"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Waterstone for a clan meeting!" she meowed, her voice ringing through the hallow. Embersky's eyes were heavy as she walked outside the warriors den, followed by a prickly Flameflick. Bramblefeather leaped from his position by Reedpaw, sitting next to Cinderpool and Berryblossom.
"Our clan is growing even further today as we add five new members to our clan! Please welcome Spiderstorm, and his mate and children Kestrelfire, Rowankit, Olivekit, and Lupinkit! Spiderstorm will be serving our clan as a warrior, while, until her kits have reached their sixth moon and have become apprentices, Kestrelfire will be another queen. Kestrelfire, I also request that you help Berryblossom take care of Icekit and Shiverkit!" Applestar finished, inhaling deeply from her long speech."Spiderstorm! Kestrelfire! Rowankit! Olivekit! Lupinkit!" the cats of RippleClan cheered, their voices ringing about the hallow.
"Meeting dismissed!" Applestar leaped off of the Waterstone, her paws landing neatly on the camp floor.

Berryblossom sat next to Kestrelfire. "Hello. Your kits are beautiful." Amberkit and Stormkit mewed happily. "We are now seven kits !" said Amberkit. "We can play big and funny games !" laughed Stormkit.
Shiverkit held back, she waved to the new kits with her tail but didn't make a move to go talk to them, fear still fresh in her mind.
Spiderstorm walked with his mate and then moved over as a she-cat with pretty brown grey fur sat next to her and meowed, "Hello. Your kits are beautiful."
Kestrelfire dipped her head and mewed, "Thank you. Your kits are beautiful as well. I hope...I hope that my kits can adjust to the Clan life."
Rowankit, Lupinkit, and Olivekit danced around their parents and then turned to the other kits. Olivekit bounced over to Shiverkit and breathed, "Hi. My name's Olivekit--er, but you already know that. Um...wh-what's your name?"
Lupinkit smiled at Amberkit and then added, "Yeah!! We'll have so much fun playing games!"
Dropping her guard Shiverkit smiled for a brief second and meowed, "My name is Shiverkit."
Olivekit smiled back at Shiverkit and dipped his head. "Th-that's a pretty name."
"Thank you." Shiverkit brightened, her fright suddenly forgotten for the moment. She bounded over to the other kits. "I want to play too."
"Who's gonna play without me??" Icekit bounded over to the other kits. "So what game are we playing? Oh, and I'm Icekit," the pale gray tabby tom kit meowed.

Dovesong laughed and watched Icekit. She ate a thrush slowly.

Shiverkit tackled Icekit, "Who can ever forget you, you silly furball." She teased.
Embersky let out a mrrow of laughter as she watched the kits play. She couldn't help but purr at the kit's actions.
They're so cute. She thought, admiring Shiverkit's excitement. They'll be such great warriors.
